Return & Refund Policy – JR Fragrances
At JR Fragrances, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we are here to assist you under the conditions outlined below.
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is incorrect or damaged at the time of delivery. Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims made after this time period will not be entertained. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all seals, labels, and packaging fully intact.
Due to the nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened bottles, tester perfumes, items damaged after delivery, or products that show signs of usage, leakage, or tampering. Any return request that does not meet our quality and hygiene standards will be rejected.
Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process. After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to provide valid bank account details to complete the refund process.
JR Fragrances does not offer product exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or refund based on product availability and customer preference.
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team via email at [email protected] or through WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number, clear photos or videos showing the issue, and a brief explanation to help us resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.
JR Fragrances reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request if the terms mentioned above are not met.
